Salient Features

1. It is a highly engineered, very sturdy, heavy duty machine developed against vertical type of Mitre Cutting Machine, overcoming all the limitations being observed in mass production application.
2. It is first machine which offers variable kant angle from 0 to 6 deg. allowing variety shapes and profile cutting without any difficulty. All other machines available in the global market offers fix kant angle.
3. Cutting stock need not be re-positioned for right hand as well as left hand cutting as whole cutting head rotates on a precise rotary platform which allows 90-45 deg on right hand side and 90-30 deg. 4. Rotary platform has 15 deg. interval and hydraulic dowel locks for quick setting in manual mode. Other angular position can be fixed referring to the graduated scale fitted on the rotary platform.
5. Kant angle can be maintained as 0 deg., 2 deg., 4 deg. and 6 deg. depending upon the cutting material profile shapes to optimize productivity. The changes can be made by rotating hand wheel as cutting arm is hinged on sliding arm which guides in two vertical hardened & ground chrome plated columns. With the increased kant angle, blade life improves substantially as tooth contact is minimized in case of flat surfaces.
6. Right angle joints ( photo frame type ) can be prepared very comfortably with virtually no loss of material. Symmetrical profiles at 45 deg. angle can be cut for both the ends without changing the position of the job.
7. The machine is provided with fix blade guide at fix jaw side whereas moving blade guide is provided which can be set to desired position depending upon the cut length.
8. The machines are available in following modes: a) Semi Automatic ( clamping, indexing, tilting, table positioning, job positioning are manual, however blade tension is hydraulic) b) Fully Automatic ( Hydraulic clamping, auto indexing, sequencing and blade tension is hydraulic )
9. Automatic motorized angular positioning by shaft encoder having higher angular accuracies (optional)
10. Auto indexing up-to 1000 mm in single stroke can be provided for cutting higher length by multi indexing automatically.
